You can now upload your 2022 Entries in MPC.
Please note that for 2022 in both PDI and Prints you can enter a maximum of 3 images.
You can now choose to enter either
3 Set
2 Set & 1 Open
1 Set & 2 open or
3 Open
Please be very careful when entering PRINTS, make sure you select your correct Grade for 2022 (a new AB grade has been created in Prints)
Mono images can be entered in either Set or Open

2022 Set Subject Definitions
Your copy of the 2022 Set Subject Definitions can be downloaded below.
A copy is also loaded on the Club website https://peninsula.myphotoclub.com.au/
Go to “Club Documents” “2022 Competition Set Subjects, Definitions & Forms“
You will be able to upload your 2022 Print and PDI images to MPC shortly after our AGM 26/11/2021 pending voting decisions taken on the night.
You will have until 17th December to upload your January entry images.
IMPORTANT: All Members to take note of the AGM Agenda that will be forwarded to you on or before 12th Nov. regarding proposed changes to Competition rules

Hunt & Shoot Results
Many thanks to Jeanette Robertson who organised the event – all who attended thoroughly enjoyed the day, also thanks to Nick who assisted last night and provided the final scores for us.
Congratulations to Shelia Crisp who took out the PCC Hunt & Shoot for 2021
All who attended Club last night voted on their favourite images.
Shelia scored an overall total of 78 points.
Ken Cooke was a very close second with 74 points
Ken also won 4 of the individual categories

Program Night Schedule
This Friday Nights Program (24/9/21) schedule is as follows:
Hunt and Shoot Viewing and Voting by all who are present on the night.
We have 10 images submitted by each entrant. You will get to vote for your favourite image in each category on the night.
“What Makes a Great Landscape Photograph” presented by Peninsula Camera Club Member Sharon Smith AAPS
Sharon, who is an established A Grader at PCC, will be helping us understand what makes a great Landscape photograph. She will be sharing just some of her own outstanding award winning photographs to compliment her own experienced out in the field on a shoot.
Sharon has been awarded internationally and has consistently produced top Class Honour Images throughout her years at PCC
Qld Interclub – Following Sharon’s talk, we will deliver the results of the Hunt and Shoot voting earlier in the evening and with time permitting we will be able to view the Award winning images of the 2021 Qld Interclub

Queensland Interclub Results
Hi PCC Members,
The 2021 Queensland Interclub was hosted earlier this month by Toowoomba Photographic Society. It was contested by 21 Clubs Queensland wide.
This year.our congratulations go to Aspley Camera Club. Not only did they take out our own PCC Interclub this year, but they have also now backed that result by taking out 1st place in the 2021 Queensland Interclub competition.
Peninsula Camera Club was positioned in a very credible equal 5th place.
I’m pleased to congratulate the following Peninsula Camera Club Members on their own personal achievements:
- Jill Smith – “Horsing Around” was named Judges Choices – Image of the Day
- Martie Labuschagne – “Squacco Heron Posing” – 1st Place Nature
- Jill Smith – “Horsing Around” – 1st Place Non-A Grade Open
- Stephan Labuschagne – “Hurdlers Dual” – Highly Commended – People
- Joan Cheeseman – “Perfect Balance” – 3rd Place – Still Life

Australia Cup Results
Honorable Mention – 5th place for Peninsula Camera Club
Once again, Peninsula Camera Club has proven its photographic skills on the National stage.
Gaining a creditable 5th place – and an Honorable Mention – out of 73 Camera Clubs Australia wide
Congratulation to our Selection Committee and to those who had images selected in this prestigious competition.
