Glenn Rossiter – Basic PDI Image Production
Glenn Rossiter will be discussing basic PDI Image production for club competitions which will include Photoshop Levels, Curves, Adjustment layers and Local Contrast Enhancement. This is an education evening definitely not to be missed, especially for our newer members. Glenn will show us how to make our images pop.

Michael is a professional wildlife and nature photographer and experienced tutor.
Michael Snedic, will be presenting an audiovisual for PCC club members, outlining 24 years of experience photographing wildlife across
Australia and the globe.
His tips and techniques will be explained in an easy-to-understand language, so that members can take them away and use them in the
field. Questions will happily be answered afterwards!

The Peninsula Camera Club AGM will be held on 27th November.

At this event, the present Management Committee will be vacated.
Nominations for all positions are still being accepted.
Your new 2021 Management Committee will be voted in by all present.
If any positions are still vacant after this process then nominations can be taken from the floor.

Join us to view and decide who wins the PCC Annual Hunt & Shoot Award
The event was held on September 12th
“What Makes a Great Landscape Photograph” – Sharon Smith AAPS
Join Club Member Sharon as she helps us understand what makes a great Landscape photograph. Sharon will use her own outstanding images to compliment her own experiences out in the field.
Sharon has been awarded internationally and has consistently produced top-class Honour images throughout her years with PCC.
Peninsula Camera Club – Annual General Meeting
All financial members are encouraged to attend the AGM
We are having a General Meeting, followed by a demonstration of how to construct an Audio Visual. Bring a fully charged laptop, plus some images and music (if you intend to add music). If you don’t already have a Audio Visual program on your laptop there are free ones on the web. You can construct a mini 10, 10 images plus a title slide, or an AV that will go no longer than 4 minutes.
Tables will be set up, and there will be people to help you.
Program night on 23rd June will be a showing of your Audio Visual.
Annual Hunt and Shoot is on again. Meeting at Pelican Park, Clontarf for an 8.30 am start. Meet near the information centre. On the day you will be given a sheet as to where you can photograph as well as subjects. Come along for a fun morning and a catch up afterwards for a coffee.

2023 AGM
Starting at approximately 7.30 am, due to tide times. Low tide 5 am high tide 11am. Therefore mid tide is approximately 8 am. Hopefully there should be birds feeding on the waterline. Bring your camera and long lens and tripods. Don’t forget your water bottle, hat, sunscreen, mossie spray and coverup in case of mossies.
Later the club will supply a BBQ of bacon, sausages, sauce, bread and juice.

On the Program night 22st March the club has invited Lynette Romano to present on “Figure Study” .As this presentation will be of the human body, nudity, mainly upper body, will be shown. This will not be risque but a presentation of the human form. Both the photographer and model are professionals and that it goes without saying that we as members should show them the respect that they deserve.We request that should you be offended in any way please do not attend.
